It was fun and tasty. Its hard to find a place that has room for our large family where we dont have to wait.
Just updating my review so we know how to order now that my kids are older. My 13 year old can now easily finish a burger and fries. My 9 year old can finish an adult sized burger just barely. The fries orders are huge so they'll be splitting the beer battered fries that they love and I just won't get fries because the plain fries are not good. Not worth paying for; not worth the calories. I got the gluten free mushroom Swiss bacon burger and omg it was glorious. If you are sensitive to gluten I'd ask about what is in the mushroom sauce just to be safe but I was told the burger was gluten free and I really loved the textures and flavors. Their gf bun is probably the best I've had anywhere.
I love this place and yes it's heavy, partly because I can't not get scones with my burger. I'll never complain even though I usually slightly regret it after but it's deliciously amazing while I'm eating it all. And I keep doing it. Good selection of menu items. Lots of seating, ideal for larger groups of people.
Came here on a random Saturday. Ordered some food to go and was blown away at how delicious our food was. My fav was the scones, po boy and steak sandwiches. Definitely coming back w/the rest of my family.
This place was so cute and tucked away on a very queer friendly part of the street in a retroish area of Utah. The inside was so pink and very cutesy looking // decorated for Halloween. They had a variety of donuts to choose from. I got a red velvet donut for myself, my mom got a strawberry shortcake donut, and we got a freebie KitKat donut for posting them on social media! I really appreciated the ambiance and the quality of donut. Be warned their menu isn't as up to date as I would like for potential seasonal donuts they offer. Make sure to look at the case as well and the menu!
Somehow, I made it into my late 30s without trying Chubby's. I think it opened in Utah county right after I had moved, and I just never even heard about it until recently. But thankfully my coworkers had been, so we went for lunch. It was awesome. I loved the diversity of the menu--especially the dessert options. I was so dang full from my dinner I didn't do dessert. The next time I go, I hope to split a meal so I can have room for dessert. I loved the natural fries, and love that you have a choice of a side (like if you want to do dessert instead of fries, for instance). Service was great, and there's plenty of seating even at the peak of lunch hour. It was clean and open. The whole experience just was really great. I'll definitely be back.
We ventured to try this place after hearing that they offer a HALAL burger. The rumors are true and what a great find for my family! Our favorite has been the Chubby Cheesesteak and keeps us coming back for more. We are so grateful for the halal options and have since eaten here 5 times in the last 2 months. We hope they never stop offering it and are thankful to the owners for having it! The ambiance is casual and comfortable. The service is good too. Comfort food (& halal) at its best!
